Election of Officers
There being no further nominations for these positions, the following Officers were elected by acclamation:
President: Clark Pepper (SWNA)
First Vice-President: Jim Cumming (OCNA)
Second Vice-President: Joyce Webster (AWNA)
Retirement of Chairman of the Board
Gerry Dorge relinquished his position as Chairman of the Board and turned the gavel over to Sean Murray, the incoming chair. Gerry was presented with a ceremonial gavel and made a few departing remarks.

New business:
It was agreed that the two key board meetings would be held Nov. 16-17 2001 in Ottawa and April 19-20, 2002 in Toronto. Additional teleconference meetings will be scheduled in between those dates as required.
