While updating member information CCNA has experimented with using a program of calls to members. This approach has proved successful and the office is now planning to integrate regular phone calls to members as part of its marketing function, especially for special programs and during the conference.
Serge also reported that he has re-established the position of Managing Director and promoted Tina Ongkeko to that function. Tina will be responsible for day to day financial management, office and staff functions, the conference, program management and all other administrative areas.
