Judge's Comments
I have enjoyed the experience of judging. It has been a challenge. I found a lot of the papers' front pages cluttered, some pictures very small.
1st Place - All-Round: Very nicely laid out, good use of space, nice pictures, good headings.
1st Place - Front Page: Nice clean-looking front, excellent pictures, nice heading for feature story, nice secondary heading.
1st Place - Editorial Page: Well laid out, informative, good topics, enjoyed pictures.
